Vail Resorts offers epic opportunities for University/College students.  With a variety of programs to match your individual needs, Vail Resorts is a perfect fit for any student looking to learn and expand their skills.  Our programs encourage students to think outside the box and develop real word skills, set against the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains.  We offer the following programs:  

• Summer Internships – hosted from our corporate headquarters in Broomfield, CO for professional related positions 
• Peak Pursuits – a personal development program targeting current students and recent graduates  
• Management Associate Program – directed toward students with a Hospitality degree, focusing on developing the management skills you need to be successful in the industry
• Specialized Intern/Externship Programs – related to specific disciplines such as culinary, tourism and recreation and skiing  
• Culinary Arts Program – rotational program directed toward recent culinary graduates, focusing on culinary competencies and leadership development
